Prayagraj, Amrit Vichar: Shringverpur Dham Peethadhishwar Shrimad Jagadguru Ramanujacharya Swami Narayanacharya Shandilya Ji Maharaj has expressed his displeasure on Wednesday over the program organized by installing the statue of former SP National President and former Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav in the Mahakumbh Mela area.
He has demanded from the state government, Mahakumbh Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand and Mahakumbh SSP Rajesh Dwivedi that strict action should be taken against those who give rise to controversy by doing so in the Mahakumbh Mela area and their organization should be blacklisted. He said that the government has allotted land and facilities to the organization for religious and social work by organizing camps and not to increase the vote graph of SP.
Jagadguru Swami Narayanacharya Shandilya Maharaj said that there should be no politics in the world’s largest Sanatan Dharma fair. He said that when former Chief Minister and SP National President Akhilesh Yadav cannot go to Lord Shri Ram Temple of Ayodhya, Kashi Vishwanath Temple of Varanasi, Banke Bihari Temple of Vrindavan, then SP workers and opposition leaders can visit Sanatan Dharma’s biggest Mahakumbh Teerthraj Prayagraj. Why are Mata Prasad Pandey spoiling the atmosphere by installing the statue of former Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav? He said that former Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav was the same person who had opened fire on kar sevaks and hundreds of devotees of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya, in which a large number of Ram devotees were killed and injured.
Expressing displeasure over this act of SP leaders, Jagadguru Swami Narayanacharya Shandilya Maharaj has demanded strict action from the government and officers against the guilty SP leaders, workers and people involved in the program. He said that if strict action is not taken against the SP workers and concerned officials, then a large number of saints and Mahatmas will hold a massive protest at the Mahakumbh Mela Authority on Saturday, January 18 at 11 am, for which the fair authority and police officers will be responsible.
