Amrit Vichar, Prayagraj: The unique initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has transformed Sangam city into a big canvas. For Mahakumbh- 2025, the walls of Prayagraj are being drenched in the colors of religion, culture and faith. Artists from Prayagraj and all over the country are carving symbols related to Sanatan Dharma on the walls day and night. Paintings are being prepared for Mahakumbh-2025 in an area of more than 10 lakh square feet.
Indore’s Archana Jadhav’s team of 70 people is busy painting the walls day and night. Archana had come to Prayagraj in the first week of October. While thanking Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, she says that this work is being done by Yogi ji, which is both divine and divine. His team is working on mural painting, 3D art, Madhubani art etc. His team has also created 108 dancing postures of Nataraja on the walls.
Archana tells that Ramayana is being carved on the walls. The entire Ramayana is being painted on the walls depicting Lord Ram, Mother Sita, Hanuman etc. Apart from fine arts students, some deaf and mute youth are also making paintings on the walls. Archana’s team is especially making pictures promoting Sanatan culture. Archana says that she will complete her paintings by the end of November. Apart from Prayagraj, students from Sultanpur, Ayodhya, Banaras, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh etc. are engaged in Archana’s team. Everyone gets remuneration.
Amit Darstwar of Pune is making paintings of Sanatan symbols on the walls in the Mahakumbh Mela area. His team of 10 people is working on realistic paintings of Mother Ganga, animals, sadhus, musical instruments, symbols of Hindu religion etc. Amit’s team has made very beautiful paintings on the walls of the office of the fair authority. Paintings of Samudra Manthan, Sapt Rishi etc. are also being made on flyovers, pillars along with walls.
On the question of how long will the paintings remain safe on the walls, Archana Jadhav says that the paintings can remain in their original form for two years, if people do not damage them. However, these paintings will remain safe for five years also, if they are taken care of properly. To be maintained from. Young artists like Archana, Amit, Anamika, Subhashna, Neha, who are enlivening the walls of Sangam city, are praising this initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He says that when devotees from across the country and the world come to Mahakumbh, they will thank Yogi ji from the bottom of their hearts after seeing the symbols related to Sanatan culture, Ramayana, Lord Ram, Shri Krishna, Bholenath, Sanatan culture and Hindu religion.
The record of painting was recorded in the Guinness Book during Ardh Kumbh in 2019.
In the year 2019, during the Ardh Kumbh, on the initiative of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, thousands of students, common citizens and painters painted ‘Jai Gange’ theme with colorful handprints on the painting wall for 8 hours continuously, which was included in the Guinness Book of Records. The record was registered.
