Lucknow, Amrit Vichar: Police have made strict arrangements for the protection of pagoda and temples on Shivaratri. Major temples will be monitored with CCTV and drone cameras. At the same time, five company PAC and 350 additional police personnel have been deployed. Special arrangements have also been made regarding women safety. Cybercrime and surveillance teams are monitoring on social media.
In view of Shivaratri, special vigilance is being taken in sensitive areas of the city. The help of CCTV and drone cameras is being taken to strengthen security in temple complexes. So that every activity can be monitored. Major temples and crowded areas are being monitored with the help of drone cameras. The police force is placed on high alert. Pedestrian patrolling has also been increased. Traffic diversion has been implemented for the convenience of devotees. Police forces have been deployed to keep the traffic smooth around the major temples and barricaded as per the requirement. In addition to the traffic police, the soldiers have been deployed in the crowded areas, so that the devotees who come to visit will not face trouble.
Special attention to women safety
Women policemen have been specially deployed at city major temples, so that women do not have any kind of inconvenience. Along with this, special instructions have been given to the security forces to control the crowd in the temple complexes. UP 112, Ambulance and Fire Department have also been kept on alert to deal with an emergency situation during Shivaratri. Also appealed to the people not to pay attention to any kind of rumors and immediately inform the police about any suspicious activity. Strict action will be taken on sharing any inflammatory or objectionable posts on social media.
