According to the almanac, Ekadashi, which falls on the Krishna Paksha of Chaitra month every year, is known as Papamochani Ekadashi. It is believed that by reciting worship and fasting on this day, the native gets freedom from the sins of birth and happiness remains prosperity with Vishnu grace.
This year, the fast of Papamochani Ekadashi is being observed today on Tuesday, 25 March. Worshiping Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on this day is considered beneficial, but along with this, if Tulsi is worshiped on Ekadashi, then financial troubles are resolved and Lakshmi Kripa always persists, so today we are telling you the simple method of Tulsi worship, so let’s know.
Do Tulsi Puja on Ekadashi
Get up early in the morning on the day of Papamochini Ekadashi and take a bath, etc., clean it thoroughly with Tulsi ji. Mata Tulsi should not be offered water even after forgetting on this day. Because on Ekadashi, Goddess Tulsi observes Nirjala fast for Lord Vishnu.
Light a lamp of ghee or oil near Mata Tulsi, offer turmeric and kumkum to them, then offer a chunri kalava, flower, panchamrit, sweets or fruits, after that ॐ Tulsiai Namah must chant this mantra at least 11 times. At the end of the puja, perform the Aarti of Mata Tulsi duly and then revolve around Tulsi seven times. Tulsi leaves should not be broken on this day. By doing this, the goddess can be angry.
