According to Drik Panchang, Radha Ashtami’s birth anniversary will be celebrated tomorrow i.e. on 11th September 2024. On this special occasion, Kishoriji is worshiped with rituals and fast is observed. It is believed that doing so brings happiness, prosperity and well-being in life. On the day of Radha Ashtami, devotees visit temples and visit Radha-Krishna and celebrate this festival with great pomp. However, some special things should be kept in mind during Radha Ashtami fast. Rules of Radha Ashtami fast: What to do and what not to do?

On the day of Radha Ashtami, along with the fasting person, family members should also avoid consuming non-vegetarian food.

Stay away from negative thoughts on the day of Radha Ashtami.

Avoid using abusive language during the fast and respect elders.

Follow the rules of celibacy during Radha Ashtami fast.

After completing the Radha Ashtami fast, perform Udyaapan in the auspicious time. Without this, the full benefits of the fast are not achieved.

On the day of Radha Ashtami fast, do the proper adornment of Radharani and worship her with true devotion.

During the fast of Radha Ashtami, keep yourself away from negativity and keep positive thoughts.

It is believed that on the occasion of Radha Ashtami, Radha-Krishna and Laddoo Gopal should be bathed with Panchamrit.

On the auspicious occasion of Radha Ashtami, sing hymns of Kishoriji. Chant shlokas and mantras.
