When is Saphala Ekadashi?
According to the Hindu calendar, this year the Ekadashi tithi of Pausha month will start on 25th December at 10.29 pm. The same date will end at 12:43 am on 26th December. In such a situation, the fast of Saphala Ekadashi will be observed on 26th December. It is beneficial to worship Lord Vishnu on this day.
Apart from this, the Parana of Safala Ekadashi fast is done on the next day after sunrise, hence the Parana of Ekadashi fast will be done on 27th December. On this day, the auspicious time for Parana is from 7.12 am to 9.16 am.
