Sawan News: The month of Sawan is considered particularly important for the worship of Lord Shiva. Worshiping Lord Shiva in this month gives special results to the devotees. But do you know that worship of Lord Rama in Sawan is as important as worshiping Lord Shiva.
Importance of worship of Lord Rama and Shiva: It is believed that worship of Lord Rama remains incomplete without Shiva worship and such Shiva worship is also considered incomplete without Shri Ram Puja. This is the reason that by just offering water on Shivling in Rameswaram, the person becomes the favorite of Lord Shiva. Rameswaram is considered paramount in 12 Jyotirlingas, because this Shivling is founded by Lord Rama himself.
Text of Shri Ramcharitmanas: It is believed that in Sawan, the native who recites Sri Ramcharitmanas or Valmiki Ramayana for 30 days shows the blessings of God. People mainly recite Ramayana in South India. In such a situation, if you are reciting Ramayana or Sri Ramcharitmanas with a particular wish, then you should take a resolution on the first day. Also, reciting 1 to 2 hours daily is considered auspicious.
This is the method of worship: Pandit Vighnesh Dubey “Shastri” says that the worship of Shivalinga is very easy in Sawan, it is necessary to worship with true mind and reverence. Told that in the month of Sawan, wake up early in the morning and take a bath. Wear clean clothes after bathing. If you are keeping a fast on Monday, take the resolution of fast. And consecrate Shivalinga with sugar, it is considered very auspicious, which is considered to be very virtuous on the lingo.
Pandit Vighnesh Dubey “Shastri” said that offering flowers of dhatura, cannabis and mud on the Shivling is also considered auspicious. These things are very much liked by Lord Shiva. Offer white flowers on Shivling, especially Kaner, Jasmine or Madar flowers as well as offer fruits. Burn lamps and incense in front of Shivling. Light lamps and incense burn in front of Shivalinga. You can put cow’s ghee or sesame oil in the lamp. You can also chant this mantra at least 108 times.
Follow the fast: Pandit Vighnesh Dubey “Shastri” says that at the end of the puja, perform Shiva ji aarti and offer it. You can keep mawa sweets, fruits or dry fruits in the enjoyment. If you are fasting, then do fruits all day and keep remembering Shiva ji.
Keep these caution: He says that never offer basil leaves on Shivling. Do not keep anger, greed or hatred towards anyone at the time of worship. Do not offer the bell leaf upside down.
