In which a huge fair is organized with the crowd of devotees in the temple premises of Pachapakariya Devi Maa. In which devotees come from far away places and enjoy the fair by having darshan of the Mother Goddess. Every Navratri, a new idol is installed and aarti is performed in the morning and evening in the Mata Bhuiya Devi temple located in the town. The queen’s vigil takes place on the last night.

What is the glory of Pachapakaria Devi?

The famous Pachpakaria Devi Mata temple is a very ancient, grand and huge temple near Bhudkundi village on the Rahimabad-Auras road in the development block Auras area. There is a constant flow of devotees in it throughout Navratri. Devotees enjoy the fair after having darshan of Mother Goddess. Elders say that this temple is more than 250 years old. Which remains the center of faith. In this temple, people come from far away places with a branch on their head and worship with rituals and offer the branch. People say that earlier a fair used to be held here on 5 acres of land.

What is the belief of the temple?

Elders tell that if a woman who does not have a child takes a virgin girl to the temple and makes her pick up a brick and place it at another place and politely asks the mother for a child, then her wish will be fulfilled.

Thieves could not take mother’s idol

The idols of Mother Goddess in Mata Pachpakaria temple have Apara Shakti. Once these idols were being taken away by thieves. But the idols became so heavy that the thieves could not take them out. After this the thieves accepted defeat and apologized to the mother and went away from there.

The water of Bhuiyan Devi provides relief from white spots.

The very ancient temple of Mata Bhuiyan Devi located in Mohalla Atal Nagar of Nagar Panchayat Auras area remains the center of faith. In this temple, on Chaitra and Shardiya Navratri, devotees perform bhajans and grand aarti of Maa in the morning and evening. The story of Mata Tararani is told in Jagran on Ashtami.
