Skanda Shashthi 2024 auspicious time-
According to Drik Panchang, Shashthi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month has started on 08 September at 07:58 pm, which will last till 09:53 pm on 09 September. According to Udaya Tithi, Skanda Shashthi fast will be observed on 9 September. On this day Sarvartha Siddhi Yoga will be from 18:04 to 06:04, September 10 am. Ravi Yoga – will be from 06:03 am to 18:04 am.
Method of Skanda Shashthi Puja-
1- Take bath and clean the temple.
2- Offer water to Lord Shri Kartikeya.
3- Anoint the Lord with Ganga water along with Panchamrit.
4- Now offer worship material like garland, flowers, Akshat, Kalava, vermillion and sandalwood etc. to the Lord.
5- Light a ghee lamp in the temple.
6- Perform the Aarti of Lord Kartikeya with full devotion.
7- Offer food to the Lord according to your faith.
8- Finally, also pray for forgiveness.
Chant this mantra – Dev Senapate Skanda Kartikeya Bhavodbhava.
