According to Indian time, the second solar eclipse of the year will start on October 2 at 09:13 pm and will end at 03:17 am the next day. It will be night time in India at the time of solar eclipse, so the view of the ring of fire will not be visible in the country.

What is Ring of Fire- Like the Earth, the Moon also revolves around the Sun. But the Moon revolves around the Earth. Sometimes the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth while revolving. Where will the solar eclipse be visible- The solar eclipse will be visible in areas like Argentina, Pacific Ocean, Arctic, South America, Peru and Fiji. This eclipse will not be visible in India, due to which the rules of Sutak Kaal will not be applicable in the country.
