According to the Hindu calendar, the Dwadashi tithi of Shukla Paksha of Kartik month is starting on 12th November at 4:04 pm and this date will end the next day i.e. on Wednesday, 13th November at 1:01 pm. According to Udaya Tithi, the holy festival of Tulsi Vivah will be celebrated on 13th November this year. On the day of Tulsi Vivah, the auspicious time for puja and marriage will be till 1:01 pm only.
