There are many such festivals in the city of Baba Srikashi Vishwanath, famous all over the world, which the world is surprised to see. One of these is Masan’s Holi. Prior to Rangotsav, this festival is celebrated by playing Holi with the Bhasma of the pyre at Mahashamashan Manikarnika and Harishchandra Ghat of Kashi. On Monday, Holi was played at Harishchandra Ghat with the Bhasma Ki Bhasma. More than 05 lakh tourists from many parts of the country and the world have reached Mokshanagari to see this unique Holi.

On the streets of Kashi, Naga Sadhu kept moving towards Harishchandra Ghat. Some were seen to be ashes on the face and some were bathed with the pyre of the pyre. All the routes leading to the crematorium, Sakri streets were covered with ashes. A crowd of tourists gathered at the Ghat on the first day of Masan’s Holi. Where, on one side the smoke arose from the pyre, on the other side Aghori and Naga Sadhu kept playing Holi with ash. The confluence of happiness and sorrow was also visible in this unique Holi.

Significantly, a procession was taken out from Kinaram Ashram in Kashi at 11 am. In this journey, Aghori, Naga Sadhu, riding on chariots and horses, reached Harishchandra Ghat. The artists involved in the Shobha Yatra continued to perform Shiva Tandava. In Holi Khele Masane… tourists were forced to dance on songs like songs. On Tuesday, Holi of Chita Bhasma will be celebrated at Manikarnika Ghat. All the preparations from the administration have been completed. At the same time, the Varanasi Commissionerate Police has also appealed to the people to play Masan Holi in a peaceful manner, taking care of the tradition of Kashi. No kind of hood -inflation and indecent act will be tolerated. Under the guise of this tradition, people who have been intoxicated have also been instructed not to join this festival.

The sight will be kept with a drone

Varanasi Police Commissioner Mohit Aggarwal said that violation of the rules will not be tolerated under the guise of this tradition. Drone will be monitored on the entire event. Apart from this, people who will be seen getting intoxicated or disturbing peace during the tradition festival will be legal action.
