Worship of Varuthini Ekadashi
On Ekadashi, get up in the morning and take a bath, wear clean clothes and take a pledge to fast while meditating on Lord Vishnu. Wearing yellow clothes is considered auspicious on this day. Now lay yellow cloth on the basis of wood and install a statue of Lord Vishnu on it. After this, offer Roli, Akshat, Pushp, Kumkum, Tulsi leaves, incense, lamps and sweets etc. to Lord Vishnu.
