Vipassana is an ancient practice of self -purification by introspection. Whatever is in this process of Buddhist meditation, it is taught to see and understand exactly the same. In this method of meditation practice, sitting in a comfortable position in a quiet place, the seeker has to experience the breath coming from his nostrils. After this, gradually the sensations in the body have to be seen and understood in a neutral manner without any response. Not only this, thoughts and feelings in the mind also have to feel just coming and going.
Gautam Buddha put forward simple forms after research
The word Vipassana is derived from the ancient shift language of India, which means insight or clear vision. Yogis have been doing this meditation method for thousands of years. Gautama Buddha had put this meditation method in the simplest form in front of people after researching. He established this meditation method as the art of treating diseases, living life.
