Lucknow, Amrit Vichar. Tomorrow the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated with great pomp across the country. The splendor of this festival will be worth seeing in Lucknow as well. Almost all the preparations for the arrival of the king of wishes have been completed. The temple premises will reverberate with the chants of Ganpati Bappa Morya since morning. Pandals are also being decorated at various places. But one pandal is the most special. Special preparations have been made for the arrival of Bappa at Jhulelal Vatika on the banks of the Gomti River. A grand water-proof pandal of 14000 sq feet has been built here. Not only this, the devotees coming here have also been insured.
This festival which will start on 7th September will continue till 17th September. Different forms of Lord Ganesha have been depicted in the pandal. Complete arrangements have been made here for everyone from children to the elderly. A kids zone is being prepared for children. A food court has also been made for food lovers. Committee member Atul Bansal said that 16000 chairs have been arranged for people to sit outside the pandal. This time Bappa’s idol has been made on the lines of Siddhivinayak, which has been prepared by renowned sculptor Shravan Prajapati. Security is also tight. There are 50 CCTV cameras in the pandal, and Bappa’s devotees have been insured for Rs 10 crore. The king of wishes, Ganesh ji, has also been insured for Rs 25 lakh.
