Priest Pandit Avnish Sharma said that the Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha, Bhadrapada month will start from 12:21 pm on September 5, which will last till 3:01 pm on September 6. Therefore, the Nirjala fast of Haritalika Teej will be kept on September 6. He said that the planets and constellations will also be in a very good position on this day. In the morning of September 6, first a rare Shukla Yog and then Brahma Yog is being formed. Along with this, Ravi Yog will be there from 9.25 am to 6.02 am on September 7 and Shukla Yog will be there till 10.15 pm. He said that these are considered wonderful and auspicious coincidences in religious scriptures. Performing worship in these gives many times more virtue.

Hartalika Teej Puja Method
According to Pandit Sandeep Sharma Sonu, married women will decorate the platform and place the idol of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati on it. Then after setting up the Kalash, do the Puja with 16 makeup items, incense sticks, incense, lamp, pure ghee, paan, camphor, betel nut, coconut, sandalwood, fruits and flowers along with mango, banana, bael and shami leaves. The story of Hartalika Teej Vrat will be recited. Then after the Aarti, offer the Bhog with devotion and ask for forgiveness.
