It is believed that by doing this, the blessings of Mother Goddess are showered. This year, Sharadiya Navratri has started on Thursday, 3rd October and will end on 11th October. During the nine days of Navratri, nine different forms of Goddess Durga are worshiped and fasts etc. are also observed. It is believed that doing so increases the auspicious results.
The third day of Navratri is dedicated to Maa Chandraghanta and today i.e. Saturday, 5th October, devotees are worshiping the Chandraghanta form of Maa Chandraghanta, so today we have brought for you the aarti and mantra of Maa Chandraghanta.
