According to the information, the government is going to implement the battery swapping policy announced by the Union Finance Minister, which NITI Aayog is going to start in the next three months.
After the announcement of battery swapping policy by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant had said that this battery swapping policy will be started within the next four months.
In the first phase of battery swapping, it will aim to meet the charging needs of light electric vehicles with access to battery swapping stations and complete charging system for these vehicles.
