Chandauli News: Shailesh Mishra, a resident of Khedai Narayanpur village of Syedaraja police station area, died after a vehicle collision during the checking of the cell tax department on the night of August 11 near Bihar border Naubatpur of Chandauli district. Taking cognizance of the incident, the police department has directed the Superintendent of Police to investigate the matter. The matter will be investigated by Additional Superintendent of Police IPS Anant Narayan.
Pranas in the case allege that after the accident, the cell tax personnel escaped leaving the deceased on the road and the family got information about the incident. Due to which the family members created a ruckus at the post -mortem house that the cell tax department had killed the henchman of the cell tax department by promising the promise of DP Singh, Deputy Commissioner of the Cell Tax Department, and got the deceased Shailesh Mishra cremated.
On the second day itself, it was promised to give two lakh rupees in the name of the orphan girls of the deceased, but till date that promise could not be fulfilled. On that day, the village head Shailendra Yadav was assured by the henchmen of Sahib that we are residents of you and will be helped as promised, but now all the henchmen who promised started to shrink. The body was cremated after the village head Shailendra Yadav took responsibility and assured the family members.

The biggest thing is that when no one was involved in that case, why 50000 rupees were given to the victim’s family by demonstrating the opening of 500 notes at the post-mortem house and big promises were made, if involved in that case, the incident of recovery game has taken place on that day, then justice should be done to the victim’s family.
The family members of the victim are now engaged in gathering evidence to fight against DP, the deputy commissioner involved in the incident of the Cell Tax Department and is also talking about agitating about it.
Not only this, taking cognizance of the incident of August 12, a letter has also come to investigate the matter by the High Officer of Police Department and it can probably be investigated by Superintendent of Police IPS Anant Chandrashekhar.
In this regard, IPS Additional Superintendent of Police Anant Chandrashekhar said that the allegation of death in the accident during the checking of cell tax will be investigated in the case against unidentified people in the case in the case, action will also be taken against those who will be involved on the basis of evidence.
