Lucknow News: The theft incidents in different areas of the city have started raising strict questions on the working style of Lucknow police amidst the big claims being made in the capital Lucknow. An example related to negligence in police patrolling was found in Indara village of Mahigwan police station area late on Thursday, where two vicious thieves wearing a Kacha-Banian entered the village with guns and targeted five houses. After stealing jewelry and cash by breaking the lock of four houses, the fifth house escaped by robbing goods worth lakhs of rupees at gunpoint. The fearless incident of the thieves created an atmosphere of fear among the villagers. Ramesh, the victim of the village, lodged a written complaint at the police station, after which the police registered a case and started investigation.
Midnight incident of panic in the village
Please tell that in Indara village, thieves wearing a brief vest at around two o’clock in the night carried out the first incident. The thieves first crossed a pair of Jhumki, a garland and seven thousand rupees in cash from Shivkumar Singh’s house. After this, Ramesh, who lives in the neighborhood, broke a latch of two boxes, stole four gold garlands, 1 pair of silver anklets, 3 nose nails, 1 pair of ear tops, mang vaccine, nathani, jhumki and silver waist box. Villagers said that during the incident, vicious thieves were not allowing anyone to come near by waving arms.
10 grams of gold necklace with gold earrings from Ramesh’s house
In the house of Ramnaresh, a resident of the same village, the thieves stole 4 silver waist boxes, 2 pairs of gold earrings, about 10 grams of gold necklace, 7 pairs of silver anklets, 5 nose nails, 4 pairs of silver bed, 2 silver chain and 7 thousand rupees in cash. It is said that in some other houses also vicious thieves tried to carry out the theft incident but the thieves escaped from the spot when the villagers woke up. Since the incident, the police have increased patrolling throughout the area and CCTV footage around the village is being searched. The victim Ramesh has filed a written complaint. The police have registered a case and started investigation. The suspects are being monitored. Villagers say that this incident seems to be the handiwork of an organized gang.
