2025 kawasaki ninja 650 launch: Kawasaki is updating her motorcycle lineup, making some changes in the range. The Japanese auto giant has now launched its popular Middleweight Sportbike, 2025 Edition of Ninja 650 in India. The new model is priced at Rs 7.27 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 11,000 more than the previous edition, which was available for Rs 7.16 lakh.

The 2025 Model Year Ninja 650 has received cosmetic updates in the form of new lime green color scheme. This paint option, also known as the Kawasaki Racing Team Edition (KRT), is similar in Kawasaki’s portfolio and other ‘R’ series including the Ninja ZX-6R. The design features fairing, fuel tanks and bodies of yellow, white and black graphics on the lower panel. In particular, this is the only color option available for the 2025 model year. It is powered by a 649 cc parallel-twin engine that gives 67.31 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 64 Nm of torque at 6,700 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The bike is built on the trailis steel frame and it is equipped with telescopic fork on the front and monoshock on the back. Breaking work is done by dual disc brakes and backwards on the back side. The bike’s curb weighs 196 kg and the fuel tank has a capacity of 15 liters.

In the case of features, the Ninja 650 has a 4.3-inch full-digital TFT color display, which supports smartphone connectivity through Kawasaki’s ridology app. Other interesting features include Kawasaki traction control (KTRC), an assist and slipper clutch and standard LED lighting. Meanwhile, Kawasaki is currently offering a discount of Rs 25,000 on the Ninja 650 model, which is valid by May 2025 or until the stock is over.
