Meerut News: On August 18, a heartbreaking incident came to light in Pratapur police station area of Meerut district. The woman, a resident of Mohiuddinpur, had alleged in Tahrir to the police that Nitin son Mahesh, who lives in the neighborhood, entered the house. He assaulted the woman and then forcibly raped her 15 -year -old minor daughter. On protesting, the accused threatened to kill the family.
Case filed, accused absconding
In view of the seriousness of the incident, the case was registered at Partapur police station, crime number 360/2025 Section 64/65 (1)/115 (2)/352/351 (3) BNS and Poxo Act 3/4. The accused was absconding since the incident and constantly changing the hideout.
Arrest on secret information
The police team finally arrested the accused from Partapur Tirahe on secret information after raiding for several days. The accused is 25 years old and is originally a resident of Mohiuddinpur.
Arrest team success
The arrest police team included Sub -Inspector Jogendra Singh Malik and Head Constable Pawan Kumar. Police officials said that the accused will soon be produced in the court.
