Mirzapur: Police got success, 8374 vial was recovered from 70 boxes of intoxicating syrup ‘Onrex’ loaded in DCM truck. Success was achieved during vehicle checking in Chak Gambhra Chowki area of Chunar police station in the campaign against drug trafficking. SP Naxal revealed by holding a press conference. Told that the intoxicating syrup from Varanasi was being taken for supply to Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh, DCM truck driver was arrested while the owner escaped. The price of the caught syrup is said to be 20 lakh rupees.

The Mirjapur police has got a big success in the campaign against drug addiction. On the information of the informer, the police of Chunar police station were conducting intensive checking operations. When a straw -laden DCM truck was stopped in the Chak Gambhra outpost area, the 8374 vial of the intoxicating syrup ‘Onrex’ was hidden in 70 boxes inside the truck. SP Naxal revealed that a large consignment of this intoxicating syrup was being taken to Mandla district of Madhya Pradesh by hiding inside the DCM from Varanasi district, the driver of the truck was used to interrogate the custody that this syrup is used by people in a lot of drugs. The owner of DCM escaped from the spot, which is being searched, the price of the recovered syrup is said to be around 20 lakh rupees.
