Leapmotor Electric Car: Salentis again confirmed that it will launch the Lipmotor brand in India. The car manufacturer first revealed his intention to bring the Chinese firm’s electric vehicles (EV) into the Indian market in May 2024, although the 2024 -end plan, the deadline had passed long ago. Now, the brand is thinking of bringing the Chinese EV brand to India before the end of the year.

Globally, the leapmotor is renewing electric mobility, doing special work on innovation, quality and customer satisfaction. Shailesh Hazela, CEO and Managing Director, Stellentis India, said, “We are ready to bring a premium EV for the fast growing users of India – vehicles that define modern driving again with state -of -the -art technology, comfort.” It is still yet to be seen which models can come to India from the leapmotor’s portfolio. The company started its passenger vehicle trip outside China with T03 electric hatchback and C10 electric SUVs. Another SUV, B10 is coming to the global markets in the coming months.

Talking about the products, T03 is a small electric hatchback that is slightly more than 3.6 meters and it gives a range of up to 265 kilometers (WLTP). On the other hand, the C10, XUV700 is the same SUV similar to the size of the existing mid-size SUV and in global markets it is offered with all-electric and Range-Aptor EV Poratren options. Meanwhile, the B10 is the newest model in the company’s portfolio for global markets and started at Paris Motor Show last year. This SUV, similar to Creta and Grand Vitara, is offered with a battery pack and electric motor output option in global markets and also includes many best techniques including Lidar-based autonomous driving systems.
