Tata Curvv ICE Model: Due to the stable demand for cars equipped with ICE engines in the Indian market and the decreasing popularity of electric cars, Tata Motors is now going to launch its Curve EV in the Indian market equipped with a petrol engine. Based on the information received, its ICE model may be launched on September 2. At the same time, before the launch, the new Tata Curve ICE car has been seen at the dealership. It will be launched in the market with 4 variants – Smart, Pure, Creative and Accomplished. The delivery of Curve EV has been started recently. Its sales figures have forced the company to take this step. Soon the Curve car equipped with petrol engine will be displayed for customers. The company has shared information related to the Curve ICE model during the launch of the electric Curve recently.
Curve ICE Design
The cabin of the ICE model of Curve will get features like a 12.3-inch infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital driver display, panoramic sunroof and auto-dimming IRVM. The headlights are located below it with a connected LED DRL strip on its bonnet and the sloping roof design language with LED light bar has been incorporated to give it an SUV-coupe look. The Tata Curve EV gets a new grille and air dam to give it a different look. Also, 18-inch alloy wheels and flush door-handles have been added.
Tata Curve ICE Powertrain
Talking about the powertrain features of the Tata Curve’s ICE model, it has the option of a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox for transmission. It has been built on a new Adaptive Tech Forward Lifestyle Architecture (ATLAS) platform. It is equipped with a new Hyperion 1.2-liter GDI turbo-petrol engine (125hp/225Nm). At the same time, the option of 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol (119bhp/170Nm) and 1.5-liter Kyrotec diesel engine (117bhp/260Nm) will be available in it.
New Tata Curve ICE Price
The new Tata Curve ICE model is expected to be priced under Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market and will compete with the Citroen Basalt.
