Up special business seva: The Uttar Pradesh government has started special transport service during Pitrupaksha, keeping in mind the convenience of devotees going to Bihar, keeping in mind the convenience of devotees going to Bihar. Under the interstate bus operation, now direct bus services have been introduced from Sarnath (Varanasi) to Bodh Gaya (Bihar) to Muzaffarpur (Bihar) and Meerut to Sonipat (Haryana). All these buses will operate seven days a week. In these buses, special attention is taken to the safety of passengers, comfortable seats and other facilities.
Giving information about this, UP Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh said that this service has been started especially for the devotees going to Pitrupaksha. This will give great relief to those people who go to Gaya every year and donate their ancestors.
Special bus service from Varanasi to Gaya
The bus operating from Varanasi Cantt will go to Gaya (Bihar) via Chandauli, Sasaram, Aurangabad, Sherghati. This bus will run from Varanasi station at 8 pm and reach Gaya at 4 am. The fare from Varanasi to Gaya has been fixed at Rs 465.
Direct bus service from Lucknow to Muzaffarpur
This bus running from Lucknow (Alambagh bus terminal) will reach Muzaffarpur at 4 am via Barabanki, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur, Tumkuhi and Gopalganj. The fare from Lucknow to Muzaffarpur has been fixed at Rs 862. The bus will leave from Lucknow at 2 pm.
Three rounds from Meerut to Sonepat
Bus service has also been started from Meerut to Sonepat which will be run thrice a day. The bus will run from Baraut depot at 6:30 am, 10:50 am and 3:50 am. This service has been started especially with the aim of removing the difficulties faced by passengers going to Haryana.
Big step for the convenience of devotees
Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh said that this bus service will reduce the dependence of devotees on private vehicles, which will save both time and expenses. He also said that every year a large number of people from Uttar Pradesh go to Pitrupaksha. Keeping in mind the convenience of these devotees, this plan has been planned.
