Ahmedabad, 24 April (IANS). Adaani Group’s cement and building material company ACC Limited released the results on Thursday. In FY 25, the company’s net profit has increased by 3 percent to Rs 2,402 crore.
This is the highest annual profit ever recorded by the company.
In the fourth quarter of FY 25, the company’s income has reached the highest level of Rs 6,067 crore so far. This is due to increasing sales of sales volume and premium products.
The company’s volume has increased by 14 percent to 42.2 million tonnes on an annual basis.
ACC full -time director and CEO Vinod Bahtti said, “The ACC has strengthened and ready for the future with the conclusion of this financial year. The year has been marked as a strategic milestone, which strengthens our position as a leader in the Indian cement industry.”
He further said, “Our capacity expansion is supported by the establishment of Initiative new grinding units, removing obstacles and modernization and in line with the growing infrastructure and demand in the country.”
The company’s operating EBITDA has been Rs 830 crore during the January-March period. At the same time, EBITDA margin has been 13.7 percent.
The ACC said that the company has cash of Rs 3,593 crore and the net worth has reached Rs 18,559 crore so far. It has increased by Rs 2,227 crore in the last financial year.
The Board of Directors of the company have declared a dividend of Rs 7.5 per share.
The company said that the investment made to improve all plants has reduced the cost and improved the quantity.
The ACC further stated that there has been a strong improvement in all business KPIs such as volumes, efficiency, costs and capital expenditure, which has strengthened the leadership journey. “
