Mumbai, March 17 (IANS). Adani Electricity said on Monday that it has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award at the Brandon Hall HR Accelence Awards 2024 held in Florida, USA.
The company said that it has received this honor in the Best Leadership Development Program category for Ada Paniyani Marvels (A-Marwels) leadership program. This shows the company’s dedication to promote talent for leadership leadership and the development of employees.
At the Brandon Hall Excellence Conference in Florida, Dr. Sanjeev Muraramkar, Chief Human Resource Officer of Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited, was awarded the Gold Award.
During this, Dr. Murmakar said, “This iconic award reflects our strong focus on empowering our employees. We believe that investing in the workforce is important for our success and we are committed to facing future challenges and equipped with equipment and knowledge to fulfill the growing demands of customers.”
The A-Marvels program is a careful one year program for the development of leadership, which aims to provide necessary skills and information to future leaders.
The award has been evaluated on several criteria, including innovation, design, creativity, technology applications and connectivity to employees through feedback.

Earlier this month, Adani Electricity and Adani Foundation celebrated the third edition of its annual program ‘Utthan Utsav’ in Mumbai, aims to promote students’ learning abilities and improve the results of learning.
According to the company, the program positively replaced the learning results of more than 25,000 students from 83 BMC schools located in Malad, Dahisar, Borivali, Chembur and Kurla.
