New Delhi. The companies of Gautam Adani have filled so much tax this year, which will blow anyone’s senses. Companies of Adani Group, one of the country’s largest industrial groups, have paid a tax of Rs 74,945 crore for the financial year 2024-25. This includes both direct and indirect taxes given by companies. Also, payment made for social security of Employees has also been included in it. This amount of tax is 29 percent more than the last financial year 2023-24. At that time the Adani Group deposited Rs 58,104 crore as tax.
The government’s treasure has been filled with such a huge tax amount by the companies of Gautam Adani. This amount of tax is so big that it can organize an Olympic Games. At the same time, a metro network can be set up in Mumbai in the entire cost. It has been told by the Adani Group that Rs 28,720 crore has been given as direct tax in the total tax amount of Rs 74,945 crore. At the same time, an amount of Rs 45,407 crore was deposited as indirect tax. The remaining 818 crores are of other contributions such as Social Security of Employees.
Tax has been paid by Adani Group’s listed companies, Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), Adani Cement Limited (ACL), Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) and Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL). It also includes tax of three other listed companies NDTV, ACC and Sanghi Industries of the group. The control of these companies is near Adani Group’s seven companies Adani Enterprises Limited, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited, Adani Green Energy Limited, Adani Energy Solutions Limited, Adani Energy Solutions Limited, Adani Power Limited, Adani Total Gas Limited and Ambuja Cements Limited and Ambuja Cements Limited.
