Ahmedabad, 25 June (IANS). Reliance BP Mobility, a company operating fuel station under Adi Group’s gas company Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) and Jio-BP brand, on Wednesday shared partnerships to supply quality fuel to customers.
With this partnership, selected ATGL fuel outlets will offer Jio-BP liquid fuels such as petrol and diesel customers. At the same time, instead of Jio-BP’s fuel outlets, CNG of ATGL will introduce customers.
This agreement includes existing and future fuel outlets of both partners.
The ATGL currently operates a network of 650 CNG stations, while Jio-BP has a network of 2,000 outlets.
This strategic coalition is an important milestone in the journey of sustainable development and innovation of both companies.
Suresh P. Mangalani, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Adani Total Gas Limited, said, “It is our common view to provide a full range of high quality fuel at our outlet. This partnership will enable us to take advantage of each other’s infrastructure, which will increase customer experience and offering.”
ATGL is a joint venture of Adani and Total Gyneteris, India’s leading City Gas Distribution (CGD) company, providing natural gas to homes, industries, commercial customers and motorists.
Jio-BP President Sarthak Behuria said, “We are united from a common perspective to provide better selection of high quality fuel to our customers. Jio-BP is always committed to providing an extraordinary customer experience, and this partnership allows us to further benefit each other to increase the value given to India.”
In addition, ATGL has a 50:50 joint venture with IOCL, with the Indian Oil-Adani Gas Private Limited (IOAGPL) has the right to supply PNG and CNG in 19 geographical areas, thus it covers a total of 53 geographical areas and 125 districts of the country.
