New Delhi. During the ongoing World Economic Forum in Davos, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani have signed four memorandums of understanding (MoUs) for a major investment worth Rs 12,400 crore in the state. According to the Telangana government, the investment of Rs 5,000 crore by Adani Enterprises Limited is expected to contribute significantly to the economic progress of the state. This substantial investment is earmarked for setting up a 100 MW data center in the state. Beyond the economic implications, this venture is set to make significant progress towards green energy development in Telangana. The decision to set up this data center by Adani Enterprises Limited is in line with the state’s focus on promoting sustainable and environment-friendly initiatives. Overall, the same Gautam Adani whom Rahul Gandhi and the entire Congress party keep cursing day and night is now making an agreement with the Congress on an investment of more than Rs 12 thousand crores. So that the wind of development can blow in the Congress ruled state.

Adani’s group will invest in these areas..
1. Data Center Investment:
• Adani Enterprises Ltd committed ₹5,000 crore to set up a 100 MW data center in Telangana.
• The data center will be powered by green energy and is expected to be operational within about 5 years.
• This project will create employment opportunities for about 600 people.
• The state will provide support to small and medium industries and startups, appointing them as suppliers for the project.
2. Green Energy Projects:
• Adani Green Energy Ltd plans to invest around ₹5,000 crore in two pumped storage projects in the state.
• One project, with a capacity of 850 MW, will be located at Koyabestgudem, while the other, with a capacity of 500 MW, will be at Nacharam.
• Additionally, Ambuja Cement, under the Adani Group, will invest ₹1,400 crore to set up a 6 million metric tonne per annum capacity plant on 70 acres, creating jobs for about 4,000 people.
3. Defense Systems and Technology Investment:
• Adani Defense Systems and Technologies is committed to invest approximately ₹1,000 crore in the state over the next 10 years.
• The investment will be directed towards research, development, design, manufacturing and integration of drone and missile systems at the Adani Aerospace Park.
• The project aims to create job opportunities for about 1,000 persons.
These strategic investments are expected to significantly contribute to the economic progress of Telangana, enhance green energy development and boost employment generation in various sectors.
