New Delhi, 16 June (IANS). An Air India aircraft coming from Hong Kong to Delhi had to return from the middle way on Monday.
Sources have confirmed that Air India flight AI 315, aircraft Boeing 787- 8 Dreamliner had flew from Hong Kong to Delhi and the technical problem was detected on the way itself.
The aircraft has returned to Hong Kong safely and no passenger was reported injured. However, the true nature of the technical problem has not yet been revealed.
No official information has been given by Air India about this incident yet.
The incident took place at a time when the Indian aviation sector is already facing challenges. On June 12 last week, 241 passengers lost their lives in the Air India aircraft accident in Ahmedabad. Former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani also passed away in this accident.
The aircraft, taking 242 people to London, crashed at a medical college complex in Ahmedabad shortly after flying from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at 1.39 pm. Only 1 passenger’s life could be saved in the accident.
The only survivors of the survivors, British citizen Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, are currently undergoing treatment.
In addition to the people present in the aircraft in the accident, about 29 people are reported dead, including five MBBS students.
Air India on Sunday thanked the Central and Gujarat government for the cooperation of the Central and Gujarat after the tragic accident of flight number AI-171.
Meanwhile, an investigation into the Ahmedabad aircraft accident is under investigation. The second black box has also been recovered under the investigation. Cockpit voice recorder (CVR), usually called the second black box. He has been removed from the cockpit part of the debris.
