DDA Flats Scheme: There is a golden opportunity for people of lower class to buy a house for the country’s capital Delhi and it. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has increased the deadline of registration to 30 April under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’. Home buyers can register for the flat by the night of April 30, 2025. But the good news is not just that. The DDA has also directly cut the prices of LIG flats by 25 percent under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’. After this cut in the price by the DDA, the initial price of LIG flats has increased to just Rs 13.30 lakh.

According to the information received from the DDA website, the number of LIG flats in Sirspur, Delhi is 624, which range from 35.76 to 36.39 square meters. The price of these flats was earlier fixed from Rs 17.41 lakh to Rs 17.71 lakh, but after 25 percent rebate, their prices have been increased from Rs 13.30 lakh to Rs 13.55 lakh. Apart from this, Loknayakapuram, Delhi is 204 from 42 to 44.46 square meters of flats. The price of these flats was earlier from Rs 26.98 lakh to Rs 28.47 lakh. But after the implementation of 25 percent discount on these, their prices have now come down from Rs 20.20 lakh to Rs 21.4 lakh.
In which area of Delhi is Sirspur and Loknayakapuram
Sirspur area of Delhi falls around Rohini, Burari and Kheda Kalan. On the other hand, areas like Tikri, Najafgarh and Nangloi are located in the area around Loknayakapuram. You get better connectivity in both these areas of Delhi- Sirspur and Loknayakapuram. Loknayakapuram Area is located near the Green Line of Delhi Metro. So Siraspur is located near the Yellow Line of Delhi Metro. The DDA has also extended the deadline till April 30 for registration of houses under ‘Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025’ as well as ‘Shramik Awas Yojana 2025’.
