Gold Price Today on 5th November 2024: A decline was seen in the prices of gold on Tuesday morning. Domestic futures prices of gold were also seen trading in the red. On Tuesday morning, gold for delivery on December 5, 2024 was seen trading at Rs 78,284 per 10 grams, down 0.18 per cent or Rs 138 on the MCX exchange. Globally too, a significant fall in gold prices was seen on Tuesday morning.
Silver also became cheaper
Along with gold, domestic futures prices of silver also saw a decline on Tuesday morning. In early trade on MCX exchange, silver for delivery on December 5, 2024 was seen trading down by 0.15 per cent or Rs 140 at Rs 94,144 per kg.
Fall in global gold prices
There was a big fall in the global prices of gold on Tuesday. According to Bloomberg, the global price of gold on Comex was seen trading at $ 2736.80 an ounce, down 0.34 percent or $ 9.40. At the same time, gold spot was seen trading at $ 2730.31 an ounce with a fall of 0.24 percent or $ 6.47.
Fall in global silver prices
There was a decline in global silver prices on Tuesday morning. On Comex, silver was seen trading at $ 32.56 an ounce, down 0.17 percent or $ 0.05. At the same time, silver spot was seen trading flat at $ 32.46 an ounce.
