Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance were listed on Monday at Rs 150 with a premium of 114.29 per cent on both BSE and NSE. The price of the company’s share in the IPO was Rs 70. The company’s IPO opened for subscription on 9 September 2024 and remained open till 11 September.

Shares rise further after spectacular listing
After a hugely profitable listing, shares of Bajaj Housing Finance have risen by more than 6 percent to reach Rs 160 in BSE. At the same time, the company’s shares have also risen by more than 6 percent to reach Rs 160 in NSE. The total size of Bajaj Housing Finance’s public issue was Rs 6560 crore. Retail investors could bet for a minimum of 1 lot and a maximum of 13 lots in the company’s IPO. There were 214 shares in one lot of the IPO. That is, retail investors had to invest Rs 14980 for one lot of Bajaj Housing Finance’s IPO.

The company’s IPO was subscribed more than 67 times
Bajaj Housing Finance IPO was subscribed a total of 67.43 times. In the IPO of this Bajaj Group company, the quota of retail investors was subscribed 7.41 times. While 43.98 times bets were placed in the non-institutional investors (NII) category. The quota of qualified institutional buyers (QIB) in the company’s IPO was subscribed 222.05 times. At the same time, the employees category got 2.13 times subscription. While 18.54 times bets were placed in the others category. Bajaj Housing Finance was started in the year 2008. It is a non-deposit taking housing finance company. Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is registered with the National Housing Bank since 2015.
