Talking about NSE Nifty, after opening at 25,150.35, it continued at a fast pace throughout the Sensex throughout the day and closed at 25,244.75 with a strong gain of 200.40 points when the market was closed.

TCS shares (1.68%), Tech Mahindra shares (1.59%), powergrid stock (1.59%), HCL take shares (1.49%) and Reliance shares closed with a jump of 1.19%. HDFC Bank shares also closed with a jump of about 1 per cent.
