Ajanta Pharma had declared dividend for its shareholders on October 28. The company had said in an exchange filing that the Board of Directors has declared a first interim dividend of Rs 28 (1400%) on each share of face value of Rs 2 for the financial year 2024-25. The company will distribute a total of Rs 350 crore for this interim dividend to be given to the shareholders. The company said that the record date for this dividend has been fixed on Wednesday, November 6 and the dividend money will be sent to the shareholders’ bank accounts on or after November 15.
