Three shares have been listed on the stock exchanges today, Wednesday. All these three shares are listed at a good premium. Shares of financial technology company One Mobikwik Systems Ltd have been listed with a jump of more than 58 percent from its IPO price of Rs 279. The company’s shares are listed on BSE at Rs 442.25, up 58.51 per cent. Later it rose 87.81 percent to Rs 524. The stock opened at Rs 440 with a jump of 57.70 per cent on NSE. The market valuation of the company stood at Rs 3,435.68 crore. The IPO of One MobiKwik Systems Limited was subscribed 119.38 times on Friday, the last day of bidding. The price band in the company’s Rs 572 crore IPO was Rs 265-279 per share.
Sai Life Sciences
Shares of Sai Life Sciences were listed in the market on Wednesday with a jump of more than 20 percent compared to its issue price of Rs 549. The share was listed at Rs 660 on BSE with a gain of 20.21 percent. After this it rose by 27.86 percent to reach Rs 702. The stock opened at Rs 650, up 18.39 per cent, on the NSE. The market valuation of the company stood at Rs 14,493.75 crore. Sai Life Sciences’ IPO had received 10.26 times subscription till Friday, the third and last day of share sale. The company’s IPO was a combination of fresh shares worth Rs 950 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.81 crore shares worth Rs 2,092 crore. For this, the price band was fixed at Rs 522-549 per share.
Vishal Mega Mart
Vishal Mega Mart shares are listed on NSE at Rs 104 with a premium of 33 per cent against the issue price of Rs 78. The company’s shares are listed on BSE at Rs 110 with a premium of 41 per cent. This issue of Rs 8000 crore was the fourth largest IPO of the year 2024.
