Ghaziabad, 23 April (IANS). The Conclave “Ghaziabad at 2030: Thinking, Challenges and Expectations” organized by CREDAI Ghaziabad led to a thorough discussion about the city’s planned development.
In this program, in -charge of Ghaziabad and Minister of State (Independent Charge) of Uttar Pradesh (Independent Charge) Narendra Kashyap, Minister of State Aseem Arun and MP Atul Garg were present and many dignitaries associated with the real estate area.
Ghaziabad in -charge minister Asim Arun described the Conclave as an important step towards increasing coordination between the government and the real estate developers. He said that Sarojini Nagar of Delhi and Bhiwandi market of Mumbai are the best examples of re-development, which are also planned to adopt in Ghaziabad.
By removing illegal colonies, new colonies were planned to make the city a smart and systematic look.
President of CREDAI Ghaziabad, Vipul Giri said that this conclave will act like a bridge between the government and the real estate sector. He hoped that with the participation of the government, the overall development of Ghaziabad will soon be seen on the ground.
State government minister Narendra Kashyap said that facilities like elevated road, rapid rail and metro have already included Ghaziabad in the leading cities of the country. Now a new direction of development will be decided through this conclave.
MP Atul Garg underlined the need for Ease of Doing Business, focusing on the solution of affordable housing and slum area. He said that comprehensive development is not possible until the real estate sector gets simple and transparent rules.
On this occasion, Meerut Commissioner Rishikesh Bhaskar Yashod, DM Deepak Meena of Ghaziabad, GDA VC Atul Vats, GDA Secretary RK Singh were also present, who answered and assured the questions of all the people present in this Conclave and assured that all their problems would be overcome soon.
Many prominent industrialists and administrative officials were present on the occasion including CREDAI National Chairman Manoj Gaur, Gitambar Anand, Gaurav Gupta and Pankaj Jain. The conclave aims to include Ghaziabad in the country’s best and planned cities in association with the government and the real estate sector.
