Job Opening: Good news for youth looking for jobs. The country’s companies are preparing for bumper recruitment from April to June. This information has been given in a survey report. According to a survey by Manpower Group, India remains a pioneer in the Global Employment Sky (43 percent) for the second quarter (April-June) of 2025. This is 18 points higher than a global average. The survey is based on information received from 40,413 employers from 42 countries. The survey conducted in January included 3,000 companies from different regions of India. This has shown that 55 percent of the companies are preparing to recruit in the next quarter, while 12 percent of employers are expected to cut. The same 29 percent of employers do not expect any change in their workforce.

In which sector will jobs come out

Information technology (55 percent), industrial and material (48 percent), health care and life sciences (42 percent), transport and logistics and auto sectors and auto sectors and auto sector (40 percent) and communication services (38 percent) areas will be fierce recruitment in the April-June quarter compared to January-March, 2025. At the same time, financial and real estate (43 percent), energy and utility (32 percent) and consumer goods and service sectors (32 percent) have a decline of one, six points and eight points respectively compared to the previous quarter. Manpower Group Managing Director (India and West Asia) Sandeep Gulati said that the survey reflects a flexible and growing job market in India. The notion of recruitment has strengthened, which reflects the confidence of Indian companies in a developed economic scenario.

41 percent jump in employment market

Due to the recruitment of new people (freshers), the employment market of the country increased by 41 percent on an annual basis in February. According to data from Foundet (formerly Monster APAC and ME), the appointments of new people in February increased by 26 percent on an annual basis. This reflects the constant demand of employers for talented personnel starting his career. According to the report, appointments in February 2025 have increased by 41 percent compared to the same period of one year ago. This increase was due to the boom in the recruitment of new people. The report stated that IT -hardware and software remained a leader in the recruitment case in various fields.
