Indore, 1 February (IANS). The Company Secretaries (CS) of Madhya Pradesh have shared their opinion on the general budget presented for FY 2025-26 by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Describing the budget as historic, he has appreciated the proposed reliefs for different sections.
CS Rahul Goswami called the government’s initiative in the budget to promote ‘Make in India’ and make the country a toy building hub. He said that the plan to establish India as a strong construction hub than China and other countries will not only promote domestic industry, but it will also provide cheap and good toys to middle class and poor families, which will provide cheap and good toys, which will give the country’s economy the economy of the country Will also benefit. When the domestic production of toys increases, employment opportunities in this area will also increase and the local market will also be strengthened.
CS Anuj Dilip Jaiswal termed the budget as historic and praised it especially for giving relief to middle class people. He said that 75 years after independence, such a budget has been presented, in which special attention has been given to middle class families. For the first time, the government has given tax relief to middle class people with income up to 12 lakhs, which will definitely improve the economic situation.
CS Manish Joshi also welcomed the increased income limit for middle class families in the budget. He informed that earlier the income limit which was seven lakh rupees has been increased to Rs 12 lakh, which will now give relief to the general families. Along with this, senior citizens have also been increased to Rs 50,000 to Rs 1 lakh, which will provide them a big benefit. This budget is going to pursue PM Modi’s principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’.
CS Ajay Rajput described the budget as beneficial for all sections. He especially mentioned the increased Kisan Credit Card Limit for farmers, which has been increased from three lakh rupees to five lakh rupees. Apart from this, he also said that this budget has been given priority to investment, export and MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises), which will contribute to overall development.
It is noteworthy that Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for FY 2025-26 in the Lok Sabha on Saturday. The Finance Minister has made several major announcements for the field of income tax, agriculture, women empowerment, MSME and education in this budget. In the budget, the central government has made a big announcement that no tax will have to be paid on earnings up to Rs 12 lakh.
