He further said that this is the talent of India, which has a hidden creative energy for national development.

He said, “It also includes hard scientific and technical talent. I am so confident of this proposal that I am engaged in finding and developing my energy.”

India’s skilled workforce is getting immense recognition globally and its talents are being widely appreciated.

The youth of India are the biggest strength of the country. It is a lively and dynamic generation that is realizing the dream of making India a developed nation by 2047.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi underlined his role, saying, “Both are the carriers of change and the beneficiary of change.”

Women from small cities and towns are also joining the mainstream workforce more than before. Tier 2 and 3 Indian cities have increased their average salary by 34 percent in the last three years.

According to Job and Professional Networking platform ‘Apna’, the number of women job seekers from small towns has increased by four times between 2021 and 2024. Many factors have contributed to this growth, including more job opportunities, better digital access and changes in recruitment strategies by employers.
