The stamp duty is Rs 3.28 crore, which costs around Rs 69 crore. DLF launched the ‘The Dahilas’ project in Gurugram, Haryana in August last year. It has 420 apartments and penthouses. According to the documents received through CRE Matrix, the rate of square feet apartment per square is Rs 1,14,068. According to DLF Q4Fy25 results, the project has added Rs 13,744 crore to the new sales booking during the financial year.
