If you are dreaming of buying a house in Delhi, then this is a golden opportunity to fulfill it. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has come up with a housing scheme of affordable flats. In this scheme, you can book a flat till March 31, 2025. In this scheme of cheap houses, DDA is giving up to 25 percent discount on the prices of houses to its buyers. Let us tell you that this time DDA has launched these flats under Shramik Awas Yojana, Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana and Special Housing Scheme. Booking of flats has started on ‘first come, first serve’ basis under Shramik Awas Yojana and Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana. According to DDA website, 1300 flats have been booked so far. Whereas, flats in the special housing scheme will be available through e-auction.

Flats and prices in Shramik Housing Scheme

Eligibility: Delhi builders and other construction workers engaged in construction and beneficiaries of PM Vishwakarma Yojana. Price: Rs 8.6-8.8 lakh (after 25 percent discount). Availability: On a first come, first served basis.

Flats and prices in Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme

Beneficiaries: Registered cab and auto drivers, street vendors, persons with disabilities, women, families of martyrs, etc. People included in SC/ST. Price: Starting from Rs 8.65 lakh (after 25 percent discount). Availability: On a first come, first served basis.

Flats and prices in special housing scheme

Category: MIG (Middle Income Group) Starting Price: Rs 29 Lakh Total Flats Available: 110 Location: Vasant Kunj, Jahangirpuri, Dwarka, Jaffrabad, Rohini and Faiz Road. Availability: Through e-auction.

How to register and book

You can book the flats included in these housing schemes only on the DDA website. https://dda.gov.in/ Can do from. DDA has issued toll free number 1800—011—0332 for enquiries. Buyers can get the cheap flat registered by paying only Rs 2500. At the same time, Rs 25000 will have to be paid for booking.
