The new week, starting from July 14, is extremely important for shareholders of 67 companies. This is because the next week is the record date of dividend declared by these companies. The shareholders whose names are recorded as beneficial owners of shares in the records or deposits of the members of the company till the record date, they are entitled to the dividend.
Most companies are going to pay the final dividend for the last financial year 2024-25, while some are going to distribute the first interim dividend for the current financial year 2025-26. The list includes names like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bharti Airtel, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Cummins India. On the record date, their share will trade on X-Dividend. The X-Dividend date is the day when a share starts trading without the value of its declared dividend.
The TCS board has approved the interim dividend of Rs 11 per share with the announcement of the results of the April-June 2025 quarter. The record date for this is 16 July 2025. The record date of the final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share for FY 2025 by Kotak Mahindra Bank is July 18. Similarly, the record date of the final dividend of Rs 16 by Bharti Airtel is July 18.

Talking about some of the most dividends, Cummins India is going to pay a final dividend of Rs 33.50 per share for FY 2025 and Goodyer India Rs 23.90 per share. The record date for both is July 18. Apart from this, graphite India is going to distribute a dividend of Rs 11, Cams Rs 19 and Magadh Sugar Rs 12.5 per share.
