Let us tell you that the rules of driving license have been changed by the central government. Now the common man will get the benefit of these new rules issued by the government. As soon as these rules are implemented, you will not need to go to the regional transport offices to get your driving license (DL) made. For your information, let us tell you that the new driving license rules made by the government are much easier than before.
New rules will be applicable from July 1
According to the new rules issued by the government, you will no longer need to give any kind of driving test to get a driving license. These revised rules will be implemented from July 1 this year. As soon as this new rule is implemented, lakhs of people waiting in the waiting list to get driving license in the country will get a lot of relief.
Now DL will be made on this basis
You no longer need to wait for your turn to appear in the long list to take the test at RTO to get your driving license. Now you can register for DL in any recognized Driving Training School. After taking training, you have to pass a test from the school. A certificate will be issued by the school to those who pass the test. On the basis of this certificate, your DL will be created.
Both theory and practical required
A syllabus has been made for DL from RTO, which is very important to follow. This course is divided into two parts, Theory and Practical. According to this course, the course for Light Motor Vehicles will be of four weeks and will run for 29 hours. You will have to give 21 hours for practical on roads, highways, city and village roads, reversing and parking etc. Rest 8 hours you will have to study theory based.
Important guidelines for training center
Some important guidelines have also been issued by the Road and Transport Ministry for these driving training centers. It is very important for you to know about these guidelines, so let us know what are these important guidelines issued by the ministry…
1. Training Centers which provide training only for two wheelers, three wheelers and light motor vehicles should have at least one acre of land, while for heavy passenger/goods vehicles or trailers the training center should have two acres of land .
2. The trainer teaching in the training center must be at least 12th pass and that trainer should have at least 5 years driving experience.
3. The syllabus of Driving Centers is divided into 2 parts, Theory and Practical.
4. It is necessary to have biometric system at the training centers.
5. Let us tell you that 38 hours course is necessary in 6 weeks for heavy motor vehicle. This includes 31 hours of practical and 8 hours of theory classes.
