New Delhi. With the aim of giving emphasis to the education system in the country, a scheme was launched, named ‘Nishtha Yojana 2022’. The main objective of this program is to make teachers skilled by training them. Lakhs of teachers of the country are given free training under this scheme by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. In this scheme launched by Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, training is given to teachers teaching children from class I to VIII. The main objective of this scheme is to prepare skilled teachers so that through them children can get good education and their thinking ability can be developed. For this, SCERT has constituted a team of 10 members at the state level for the successful operation of Nishtha (3.0). This team will implement the program of loyalty training.
How to take advantage of the scheme?
Under this scheme, the government has started a dedicated ‘Nishtha Portal’, where information about teachers’ Nishtha training questions/modules along with Nishtha full form-definition is also given. Those wishing to participate in this program can register online by visiting its website.
important information
1.The duration of each course of this program is 4 to 5 hours.
2.It is mandatory to score 70% marks in the evaluation of each course.
3.In case of not getting 70% marks, the course will not be completed and the certificate will not be generated.
4.In each course, 3 chances will be given for evaluation and if 70% marks are not obtained in all the three attempts, the course will be locked.
5.The locked course will have to be started again and again to get 70% marks in it.
6.The last date for joining the course has been fixed as 25th of every month.
7.Any tampering in the evaluation of the course will not be accepted. Due to this, the course can be stopped midway through 96% or 97%.
8.All the models of these courses have to be completed one by one. If the course is done except in one series, then the course may remain incompletive.
