Sports footwear maker Campus Activewear’s initial public offering (IPO) received 1.24x subscriptions on the first day on Tuesday. As per data available on NSE, the company has received bids for 4,18,33,005 shares against an offer of 3,36,25,000 shares.
The IPO is purely in the form of an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 4,79,50,000 equity shares on behalf of the promoters and existing shareholders. Shares in the OFS are offered by Hari Krishna Agarwal and Nikhil Agarwal and existing shareholders – TPG Growth Three SF Pte Ltd, QRG Enterprises Ltd, Rajiv Goyal and Rajesh Kumar Gupta.
Presently, promoters hold 78.21 per cent in the company, while TPG Growth and QRG Enterprises hold 17.19 per cent and 3.86 per cent, respectively.
Explain that Campus Activewear has kept the price range for the IPO at Rs 278-292 per share. The company had raised over Rs 418 crore from anchor investors on Monday.
