Along with this, the company is also paying special dividends of the same amount. The record date for this is 27 June 2025. By this date, shareholders whose names will be as beneficial owners of shares in the records of the company’s register or depository records will be entitled to dividends.

In the annual general meeting to be held on 23 July 2025, the approval of shareholders is yet to be taken on dividends. FY 2024 was given an interim dividend of Rs 110 and a final dividend of Rs 60 per share.
