The price of 24 carat gold is around Rs 80,300 in major cities of North India including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow and Jaipur. Why is gold near its highest level
Several other factors such as seasonal demand in India and geopolitical risks from the West Asia conflict are clearly visible. In July, there was a sharp fall of seven percent in the prices of gold and silver in the local markets after the government cut the customs duty on gold and other metals.
